My Sport Copter build
Everyone's been asking for photos of my project so I'm starting this thread to follow along. I'm hoping it will be a Sport Copter Vortex when I'm done.

That look about "90%" finished!

Sport Copter's "shock" assembly for the struts. With everyone experimenting with go kart shocks I was tempted to try some myself. That may be a future project.

Hey Tim,
There's one thing for certain, that 582 will run like a top. I wish you could bring it down to BD 2010. Bob will let me fly his Sport Copter at BD. Right Bob? Blake

Looking good so far Tim. I hate you're not going to have it done by Bensen Days though. Glad you're still coming anyway!

More progress. Cleaning the powder coating off the inside of the tubes so the insert pieces fit. We also got the front keel on but I forgot to take a photo of that.
