Default Aerolite 103 for gyro

Hello,
A friend and I bought this Aerolite, he doesn't get out to my place much, and I prefer a gyro.

447 w/electric start
BRS chute comes with, but not on (brackets are there, but I don't believe in them) Over $2000 value
covered with Polyfiber, not sails
misc Polyfiber, inst., build manual, etc.

About 30 hrs. since rebuild from Lockwood. Airframe low time....The person we bought it from had the engine rebuilt just to be sure.

$9000 value

Cash or trade for equivelant value. not negotiable.

some stats and a phone number.

863-243-3067

12-31 flew to Wauchula and back.

Morning flight 1:20 70mi. 4 gallons
afternoon return 1:20 70mi. 4 gallons

It's the same weight as the Bee I sold, same time to get to Wauchula, used 2.5 gallons less fuel.

Just for information.

Phil

I have a Super90 powered Ken Brock Gyro with instruments I would be willing to trade for the plane if you can bring it to Wisconsin.

That can be arranged.

Sound's almost identical to my first machine, a Bensen, I paid $2500 for. I'll work up a delivery fee and add the difference if you'd like. Let me know how serious you are, I might be able to get a set of skis for it as well.

This gyro is a KB2 with a Mac Super 90 on it. 24ft Dragon Wings Full instrumentation. Cyl Head Temp, Air Speed, Rotor Speed, Compass, Altimeter, Rotor brake. All aluminum is polished like chrome.

Sounds like Dave Praters gyro..... the Bensen Days alarm clock. If so, then it is worth a good bit more than a standard issue run of the mill Bensen.

I have a pending sale. I need to deliver it a couple of hours away and have not had good weather in a while. I had a chance Saturday, but the buyer hasn't found a field for me to drop in. So, I just bounced around here in the thermals for a while, dreaming of a rotor.

Phil

P.S. I don't think I can get much for the instruments, but if you bring it to Bensen Days, it'll take off the delivery fee.
