I found an article in this morning Houston Chronicle about an Internet machine shop that I thought some of you would also find interesting and may even have a use for.

I've used their software before and it's quite easy. It's no AutoCad or SolidWorks, but does a pretty good job for the modest requirements of most machined parts. It's a great concept, and I hope it catches on.
