OK...What's Next?
Bensen days is over, Mentone's just a memory, Ken Brock Freedom Fly-in is past and ROC/Wrens is now in the history books. What's next? Does everything shut down for winter or are there some other events before the next Bensen Days?
Perhaps there is no zeal like a new zealot, because I gave up the "Taylorsville Grassfield Fly-In" in exchange for driving 7 hours round-trip to Wrens. Mind you, that is saying something, as the Taylorsville Fly-In has a SERIOUS BBQ. *JC* Last edited by jcarleto; 10-16-2007 at 01:41 PM.

Hey, JC, before anyone else points it out, the name is spelled Bensen! There isn't an event name Benson Days.

The next good gyro fly-in before next years Bensen Days is the Sunstate Wing and Rotor clubs " New Years " fly-in. It is held at the " River Ranch Resort " in Florida - google search the place, it is amazing all the things you can do there besides watch gyros flying -
It is held the weekend after Christmas, I think this year it will be the 28th through the 1st of Jan. I plan to make this drive again this winter, hoping to see alot of people there.
