Hi all
I got a bit distracted from the Dominator lately, myself and a friend found a Cessna 120 in a farm shed here in Ireland last November, remarkably complete and we've got her flying again. Ive done 48 hrs in it since the beginning of Feb, a super aeroplane, great fun to fly. anyway, ive attacked the gyro again and all I've left to do is the throttle cable and the hang test. heres a few pics of the cessna and the Dominator the Gyro pics are not great quality but Illl drag it out into the sunlight as soon as we get some over here! Yep Mike,
The UltraRed is going together good, My only snag now is to get the Gyroplane add on to my FAA Heli Commercial with the TSA regulations. I need to find Gyro Instructor in the States registered with the TSA as a training provider with a DPE closeby. anyone have any ideas! Tried to get a UK CAA gyroplane licence, did 7.5 hrs Dual but the school had no gyro I could solo on, so im at a standstill. This seems to be a problem over there in England at the moment, not just at the school I flew with. Very Frustrating! Paddy |
