I guess the wind might be a factor but another FW went down at Sun'n'Fun.
THANKFULLY, only minor injuries. http://www.wtlv.com/news/florida/new...?storyid=80323 Ultralight Plane Crashes in Lakeland; One Injured LAKELAND, FL (AP) -- One person is being treated at a hospital after an ultralight plane crashed in a parking lot in Lakeland. One person was on board and airlifted to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The cause of the crash has not been determined. Two people were killed Monday afternoon when their small airplane crashed near the Lakeland Linder Regional Airport. The airport, located about halfway between Orlando and Tampa, is hosting an annual air show that started yesterday.

It is WINDY. I don't know the details of either one, but if it's the wind causing the problems, the PIC should know the craft's and their own limits. I don't have a television, I doubt they are accurate anyway.
