Thanks James, I hadn't seen that one.

That's quite a little zoom climb at the very end; sounds like he cuts the throttle and maybe pushes the stick forward a little to come straight back down. Cool!

seems like he is getting more lift with 4 slower turning rotors than we are with 2 at double that speed. and look at them VD's....plop!

Did you hear the rotor speed for flight #?

When I found that video I couldn't help but think that this is one of the wildest OLD gyro flying movies I have seen yet. Sure looks like they were enjoying flying the heck out of it.

Kinda shows that you can have stable AND manuverability. Sure looked like a lot of fun. Must have been quite an amazing sight in real live with such large rotors turnings so slowly
