If we want to scale a given rotorblade such that it's bending resistance is 100 times greater and we assume that we make the skin thicker by 1/2 the scale factor then the scale factor is about 5.8 (cubic root of 200) thus the blade in answer #47 might well have a bending stiffness 100 times greater than that of a blade with a chord of let's say 9 inch. This is a lower bound since for simplicity several things have been omitted.
