All that being said on a somewhat dubious web site. Those that pay attention and have a sensitivity above the average blunt skull......can point out 2 or 3 things that happen when they do do it.

Over in Italy they had a "show up to work 15 mins early day " a few months ago but it only made the news in a few places.

The big question is not how, but why.....

I like the Stephen King series, about the Clint Eastwood-modeled main character who lived in this type of time warp existence. This story here isn't as good of a sci fi as that was. I think I'll re-read that series again. It took how many years for King to complete that series? I'll have to admit I was hoping for something a little more original in the ending than a time loop though.

Funny the ones who pay the most attention to time astronomers who use time, declination and right ascension to position their telescopes have NOT notice anything.

I guess HARP is so powerful it moves all the planets, moons, asteroids, stars and galaxies?. Man the US technology is unbelievable!!!

I should have at least mentioned that the number one outcome of moving time is ACCIDENTS. Just in my local area, since I am sensitive to the effect and I seem to know when they do it, there are a A LOT of accidents. It seems our consciousness seems to slow down and then get all bumpy when we arrive to our new time. This results in a lot of car accidents, machinery accidents, and other kinds of weird interactions between men and machines.

The second is Deja Vu or a kind of premonition like effect it seems to repeat itself more than once.

Stan, makes sure all the large splinters from the wood are accounted for. not that any are sticking through your skull, like those crazy hospital xrays, of dudes with nail guns and large knives... sticking in their noggin.
