lost my contacts

Hey folks, AT&T did me a big favor the other day, went into pay my bill and mention that the new phone that i bought about 4 weeks ago was giving me some problems, with in seconds the lady tec that was so nice took my phone and managed to lose all my contacts, photo's and apps in about a min. That Sucks,,, i sure wont ever get all the contacts back again, 15 years of contacts all gone with a apology of coarse, so if you know me and i had your number you might alta

I'm sorry to hear that you lost everything. A terrible feeling, for sure.

The lesson here to everyone is BACK UP YOUR SYSTEMS. Smartphones, computers, anything that stores anything.
