Looks like a good start for a gyro project. Although the story about the bridge eatin the blades smells. More likely he flapped em the first ride out....

I've never seen a blade flap result in the hub bar bending like that. At any rate, the rotor head will need to be gone through and the mast replaced, along with a complete inspection of everything else.
