Default How does jump takeoff work on a fixed pitch blade?

I understand how jump takeoff work on a variable pitch blade work. On a fixed pitch one? Even though I see one doing that on a youtube video, I still don't get it. Can anyone enlighten please?

Has pitch change look closely at the rotor hub. If you watch the video he talks about the rotor pitch change.
