Registration

I am having trouble with the chain of ownership with the Sno Bird I bought. I have a bill of sale from the last two owners but the owner prior to the one I bought it from is not the last registered owner. The paper trail ends with this previous owner. I will be just about dismantle the entire airframe so suppose it could be a newly constructed experimental a/c. Or maybe get some notarized documentation that previous owners can not be located. Any ideas?

Go to a Magastraite (Fed Judge) state your case done deal. submit the papers to the FAA,

Waiting for a copy of bill of sale from the guy who sold it to the guy I bought it from. Last registered to Sno Bird Aircraft Inc, Gig Harbor, Washington. Supposedly sat in the Death Valley area for a couple of years before the guy that I am waiting for the bill of sale from bought it. Last registered tail number was 50972 and the serial number is 5100636D.
