Correction:
I thought that PRA published a print magazine. I have never been able to access the electronic version, so never bothered to find out why since it takes me so long to down load anything off the net. Today I re-registered and now it will down load after these many months of not being able to read it after I clicked on the link that Plack sends out in a email. Such is life for an old man who can't chew gum and walk at the same time and will not go to facebook or any of the other sites such sites. But I fly my gyro every day and am still alive out here in the sticks.
