Default Adams-Wilson Hobbycopter

I have a rotor that looks like or at least similar to the rotor in this image:
http://www.aviastar.org/foto/adams_w...obbycopter.gif

It is not in perfect condition. Is this something that someone would like? If so contact me. If I don't answer the thread please personal mail me.

I will try to post a photo soon. (I am new to the forum and need to take the pictures.)

Here is a photo of rotor. As you can see the aluminum piece is coming off and off one of them.

Again please let me know if you are interested. Thanks!

Those are fixed pitch wooden gyroplane blades. Seems like the owner wanted to widen the chord, by adding the strip onto the trailing edge.

Thanks for the info HobbyCAD. Does this mean that it is likely not a AW Choppy, but a different homebuit type?

Also, Also I didn't include the size each blade is 10 feet and 7 inches wide with aluminum attached.

Again, if anyone is interested please let me know. Please make an offer. I live in California between LA and San Francisco.

Those are home built Bensen blades from a kit. They flew in a spindle head.

I'll second the Bensen wooden blades ID (or third)

I have a brand new set of wooden blades, in the box. They are for a helicopter, they have a label name on the box that I can not remember.
They look like two airfoil shaped boards and not much more.
I'll try to get pictures and info.

I have enjoyed over 1000 hours hanging under this type of rotor, they were the very easy to start and when every thing was set just right they were very smooth but that would change from sitting so on a day that they were flying well you never wanted to land and put it away because the next time you wanted to fly they could be out of track and balance, all good memories.
