Basically, for those that don't know Jamie, 14 years old at the PRA convention, he was involved in a near fatal gyro crash. He should be dead had it not been for the actions of those on the ground.

The link that Chuck posted above is Si's recollection and opinion of what happened. There were many, many opinions flying around as to what caused the crash, none of them ever were or ever will be proven or dis-proven. The ground is just as hard regardless of anyone's opinion. Be careful.
