Default Brake help needed

I just found out that the wheel caliper is leaking on my brake system , so I have taken it apart and need to get some new pads and seals . I have not been able to trace the type of brake system I have so am asking for help identifying what I have. I have looked on line at aircraft spruce + cps and Google different searches trying to track the parts down. The pads have two taped holes for mounting and the caliper has no bleed hole.Take a look at the photos and see what you think. If anyone has any ideas let me know.
