This was my first trip to Mentone and I want to say thanks to everyone for being very friendly, helpful, and informative. In fact everyone was so helpful that they helped me spend my money on buying a used Dominator while I was there! (my wife was impressed ) A special thanks to Scott Biser, Brent Drake, and the two Dougs! I am looking forward to taking Dual with Brent and then getting my checkout from Gary. As usual, Ernie was also helpful and I am really looking forward to learning this corner of aviation that has always intriqued me. Also a special thanks to Ron for letting me get a unique perspective of gyro flying. I didnt realize that I could squeeze an aluminum square tube so tight You all certainly made a newbie feel welcome and I look forward to all of the advice, wisdom, and direction from all you.
