O.K. cousin, your attempt to build a gyro is inspirational and I applaud your effort.I would rather you eat a pork chop than to attempt to fly your creation. The workmanship looks great and it would most likely fly. BUT, the tail needs to move to control the air frame and I do not believe the rotor system will hold up for long.Never give up my friend but most of all, live though your testing. im not so sure of those welds he made. not to be mean but they are a little rough. i am a welder by trade and now a welding inspector and the paint does not even cover up those welds very well. to what jake says....keep trying. i am excited to see the attempt. its more than i have done.

Good show, well done, just take care of the basics.

Make that rudder and front wheel movable with the padels.

Are you a gyro pilot??? if not get training, there are RAF gyros and MTOs
in Iran.

You can practice ground maneuvers slowly without rotors and save flight
training time.
Have it pushed or towed slowly learn to drive it properly on the
ground with rotor removed. Get used to it trying to steer in straight
line.

Ground handling is most important and major part of training, put in at least
10 hours and master the process.

Let me know if you need instructions on ground handling.
