Farmer Jim and his wife Chris stopped by my stairshop this morning with Tiggy B in tow. What a nice couple. I had already met Farmer Jim last year at Mentone, and Chris is such a delightful person to talk to as well.

Gave them a quick tour of my next stair project...and then gave them a demo flight which I think they enjoyed. Chris was having fun sitting in the Turbinator....and Farmer Jim at 6 ft. 6'' tried on my shoe for size. I would need to lower the seat....or get out a heat gun and form a bubble for his head. He would have 360 degree vision then!

I knew the route they were taking to Mentone and surprised them by chasing them down with the Turbinator .

Chris and Jim.....you can post some picutes of the flying alongside you ....but the "little" bit close ones going down the interstate......please dont post those! What happened in Illinois down I-57 stays in Illinois!

Thanks guys for an enjoyable visit....and I will be seeing you in a few days.

There is an expression that comes to mind ... "Salt of the earth" ... just good people (and that includes you, Stan). It is what defines our country, not the few nuts that get all the publicity.
