KFI in the Sky: Mike Nolan
Long time Freeway Traffic Reporter Mike Noland crashed his C-182 near Corona Airport around 6:20 PM local time. Mike and his passenger have suffered serious injuries, but are alive.
Living in the Los Angeles area, I have known and met most of the Freeway Traffic Reporters over the past 30 years and this crash has come as a shock. In the past 30 days, I've lost one friend, lost two acquaintances and now today's crash. Everyone, be safe out there, take your time when you fly.
