All of Kevin’s parts are done and ready to be assembled. I’ll be testing them this week and maybe putting them on his Sport Copter next weekend.

Brad, if you made a little longer approach you could land on the asphalt instead of the dirt and you wouldn't need those airbags.

Your right, but it would have made for a boring video. The airbags make the zero roll (almost) landings easy to do! I am just getting ready for my engine out.

I don't believe that I have seen the "Viewmaster" gyro before ! Very unique !

Can we get some more pictures & details ?

What other modifications would be needed to be done to install on a RAF ?

Hi Chris.
Here is the Build Photo thread for the Viewmaster. Aside from a few minor changes its the same machine now.
http://www.rotaryforum.com/forum/sho...ght=viewmaster

I haven’t had a chance to see if the struts are the same as Brads modified RAF and an RAF 2000.
The strut length and end configuration is easy to change. All three strut sets Brad’s, Russ’s and Brock’s were all slightly different.

I’ll try to post some pictures later today of the Sport Copter/single seater Version.

Single seater version air strut. Should be testing on Kevin Richie’s S/C this weekend.
