Default Britta and Mark visit Colorado - PRA-38

You don't see a 2 place Air Command following a pick up and camper everyday, so when I did yesterday, I followed it.

It turned out to be Britta Penca (president of the Arizona Rotorcraft Association PRA-15) and Mark Rhoads.

Britta and Mark were visiting friends who recently moved to the airport residential subdivision here at Meadow Lake Airport (kFLY.org)

My wife and I both learned to fly in that AC.

When we were training in it with Charlie Mara, it had that troublesome and unreliable 583 on it.

Shortly after we soloed, Charlie put the 912 on it, and moved to Arizona.

Glad to see it's in good hands.

I have a lot of fond memories of flying in that ship..............

A gyro landing is still the best landing you can have!

Mark

Britta and Mark are transporting that gyro to another state (I am sorry I don't recall where.) I think it was for training purposes.

I look forward to visiting with them on their return trip back to AZ in Sept.

Mark
