Default Test flown befoe

All Genesis fully assembled gyros, are test flown before delivery.
Every detail, from hang test (we ask always the weight of the pilot) to engine break- in, prop and rotor blades balancing. We check ground stability and adjust nose wheel so that even with throttle quite open gyro keeps goes straight without using petals. In the air needs nothing to be done, the stability is always there.
Ernie’s blades can be easily adjusted to complete free (yes, believe me) free from vibrations. You must know only how and what kind of vibrations you encounter.
Only the registration work is left to the pilot, but if someone wants it registered, this is possible too.
Photos are from the last gyro which was shipped few days ago. The cosmetic job comes lastl, after the tests. This specific gyro has a Rotax 582 and 23 ft long rotor blades.
Even with 30 lbs dif in weight between me and Nicolas the gyro could fly just beautiful.
I must also say that the speed you reach with a 582 is unbelievable. It has a 64 in dia. prop.
(Nothing wrong with the 503)
