David, I have been to Fort Clinch with the Boy Scouts. How many times have you buzzed the Fort? It's OK, the cannons aren't loaded. Looking at Google maps, you have a lot of areas where you can fly low, like all along the Florida/Georgia border and along Fernandina Beach. Looks like a fun place to fly.
