Ultrawhite For NOT Sale !!
I am moving on up to a full-blown Dominator in two to three weeks, so I'm selling my Ultrawhite gyro! It comes complete with a new trailer, custom-built all-weather cover for the gyro, blade box, 22 ft. DW rotor blades, cable-driven pre-rotator, all std. Ultrawhite flight instruments, like-new 60" Warp Drive prop, N-numbered and with an Airworthiness Certificate. Registered under ELSA rules. Keep it in your back yard on the trailer with the cover on it, save hanger fees! The carbs have been disassembled, cleaned and the gaskets and one jet installed. They work great and the engine runs strong. All bolts have been checked for correct tightness. While with the previous owner, this machine had a blade flap incident which caused marks on the rotor blades and slightly wrinkled the skin on the upper-right side of the rudder, above the horizontal stabilizer. Ernie B. inspected the rotor blades and tail and stated to me that this was not a problem for safety. Ernie B. disassembled the rotor head and replaced the spindle bearing and bolt, as well as other bolts on the rotor head and rotor cheek plates on one blade. Then he put the rotor on the gyro and did a "crow hop". He said it felt fine. Ernie told me this machine appears to be a fairly low-time gyro, airframe and engine. He believes it to be Ultrawhite #2 and 3 to 4 years old. I have not flown it yet, since I am not quite ready to solo. I will have this gyro package at Bensen Days if someone wants it. The price is $11,500 (firm). I will have it at Bensen Days and someone will fly it there. Call me at 251-609-0969 for more info or email to hoverhawk99@hotmail.com Ron E.
