Default Chris Burgess

Hi Folks,

Has anyone taken any training with Chris Burgess in Frederick MD? If so could you please share your experience/opinion here, or through an email to me? No hearsay please.

Thanks,

Gene

Gene, I took instruction fron Chris several years ago.He is a no nonsense type of instructor, you will get your moneys worth, when he signs you off to solo, you can bet your ass you are ready to solo. He used to be a Chopper pilot in the Army. Hope this helps. John Mini PS. That's a very busy airport !

I'd highly recommend Chris. I've had several hours instruction with him and will seek more when I'm closer to having something to fly. He's both competent and personable, and he'll explain everyting you're going to do in a lesson before you go up.

If you can do your flying during the week, the Frederick airpport's not too bad. Weekends can be busy.

Default Chris Burgess...

I had some training with Chris last June 2004. I met him in Mentone some years before and I then decided he would be my instructor.
When I flew with him in Frederick last summer, I felt extremely confident. He's the kind of guy who WILL make a gyro pilot with you.

Thanks again for the good time Chris, too bad you're so far away, I'd visit you often...
