I'm scratching my head trying to figure out how I'm going to cut that notch in the tailboom, the best I can figure right now is cut a V out inside the area to be notched, then file away the excess. I realize it would take a while but thats how a "cheap yankee swamp rat" like me (and others) would think to do it. any suggestions?

I just used a hole saw in the drill press. You really want this "slot" to be clean and burr free. Barry K |

Never mind! Dana just emailed me and told me that we can just clamp the cyclic control around the 2 tubes at the rear of the control - eliminating the need for the notch- and I can still use the holes at the front of the keel for the front part of the control...sweet....
