request for the moderators

This may seem silly, but could you guys incorporate
the bar with the new posts on the bottom as well as the top of the page?

And while your're at it I would like to mention another silly little thing: the little blurb I get on my screen whenever I hover the cursor over a topic headline used to hang around until I moved the mose away. Now it vanishes after about 5 seconds, which is too short for me to read what it says. If it's easy to change, I'd love for it to stay visible until I move my mouse elsewhere.
