Where can I get a strobe for my RAF?

I see you have the same seat I do. Do you still have the installation instruction for it. I have the seat and hardware with no instructions.

Also installing my stabilator. The prerotator cable presses hard against the stabilator wing. I removed the cable from the hoop but I don't think that is a good option. What is the answer to my problem?
