Pat,

"The Black" is Steve's Mazda-powered Parsons tandem, obviously upset with Steve's bigamy in "marrying" his SparrowHawk.

Coming into the forum and mixing with the long-timers is a little like trying to watch a soap opera for the first time...it takes a while to get to know the characters!

Uh...or at least that's what I've been told... :)

Steve, we have ran accross a lot of people that have no interest nor the skills to assemble a kit, and or the knowledge to assemble it properly or the knowledge to take it through the inspection process. We are a buisness and are simply trying to offer that customer base a service of a completed product. Not sure what you mean by "the BLACK is pissed off about it too"? Our intentions were not to offend anyone, but to make money and operate a aviation / gyroplane buisness.

No offense taken or meant... The Black is the Parsons trainer I've had since 1994. For those that have flown in it know it's jealous of my SH.
(kinda Like another Woman Thang)

Yes the SH is an complex machine to build.. many people need assistance with building it. I was taught by the best, Monty, Merlin, Craig and Brett when I was at Buckeye.. Jim Mayfield would not cut corners on anything with quality or craftsmanship.. Thats how I built the Aussie SH in 24 days, and flew it on the 26th day.. I build it... I fly it !!:rapture:

I know you wouldn't cut corners either..... yes I understand it's a business, a tough one.. I've been at it for just a lil while.

We/I need all the help we can get.. Thankyou...

Steve

Steve, 24 days for the Aussie SH. Man that was cruzin. How many hours per day did you work on that thing? Is it because you had built one before that you knew all the quirks and how to cope with them?

You da Man Steve.
