myself, larry boyer and chris (cls447)
are thinking of starting a northeast pra chapter we hope to draw people from
new york, new jersey, penn, and from any where else in the N.E.
so i'm putting this this out here to see if there is anyone intrested in trying to create PRA CHAPTER and bring gyros to the N.E. :D

Larry, I don't know how up to date this info is and if I'm going to function as chapter coordinator I need to find out. But you are probably safe is following the directions on this link.

When Chapter 62 updated the by-laws a few years ago, we did make sure that we followed the example shown in the link above. However, there were a few places that we thought needed to be strengthened and made those changes. For instance, we had 33 members at the time and didn't think the 4 member minimum was enough to establish a meeting quorum. Rather than an absolute number, we stuck in a percentage of total members that had to be present for a meeting to be a legal one.
