View Full Version : Is it just me?
Hi,
Is it just me, or does everyone else also see the word - "e - instead of the actual quotation marks? It's driving me crazy. Same goes for the inches symbol. If this is a general problem, can't it be fixed?
Regards,
Duncan
I think it is just on older posts. Maybe the ones from the "old forum".

Chads correct. In the conversion from the old forum to the new one, some of the character were messed up. Anything new posts correctly.
Hi there,
Sorry guys, this isn't true. Even the most recent postings are littered with strings of  , <br>, "e etc. It makes reading the posts very difficult.
Again, am I alone in this, or is this not the experience of all users? I certainly don't experience this in any of the other forums I visit.

All threads look fine for me after the forum change (April 2nd?).

I'm not seeing anything like that. What browser are you guys running?
Here is a thread location that shows the problems I see:

I would like to give the example of AAI. Their "bon mot" is
"Stability". But they do not preach it, they DO it.

I have not noticed any gibberish after the new software came online. It looks the same for me in Mozilla, Advanced and IE.
