View Full Version : American Autogyro of Chicago

Groen Brothers Aviation is going to be opening a new Chicago branch for SparrowHawk training. Chuck Roberg will be the instructor at the Lansing, Illinois location. Chuck is going to be an excellent asset to the company.
My involvement will be as a sales representative. Anyone wanting to have a very excellent instructor and a very fine piece of equipment to fly-in...they will be receiving a SparrowHawk shortly to train in.
I would not be involved unless I wasnt so convinced of how that gyro flies. This is not a monetary goal on my part...but just pure passion for this sport that I feel so fortunate to be a small part of. I want to see this sport grow after being stagnant too long. I feel the SparrowHawk is going to be a major catalyst for this new growth. I just want to be a part of it. I feel I post as honestly as I can...as many here have seen the good and the bad of whatever I fly. I leave nothing out.
So....anyone needing excellent training....contact Chuck Roberg here on the forum. Anyone wanting an interesting deal on a new SparrowHawk kit...contact me at email@example.com

It will be nice to have another gyro at our airport! There are already 13 based there at last count. Maybe we'll get some new club members out of all those people who come out for SparrowHawk training with Chuck.

That would be great if you could come out one of these nights, Stan. The monster gyro will be making its first really public debut at Mentone, now new and improved with a 503 dual carb. Next week we start cutting metal for the first few production gyros. See you at Mentone!

Wasn't Tom Milton supposed to be the one doing that with GBA?

I'd been wondering what Stan's new signature line signified. Now I know.
I think Chuck is now the closest AAI dealer to me.

I'm still waiting to hear from you, on a professional level.

I answered your PM. Devon at GBA or any of the other AAI dealers can answer most any other questions you might have.

We need a separate pun thread for the home-groen humor.
Or, perhaps better if we just leave it aloen.
07-12-2006, 07:51 PM
Ha-Ha, Stan, you're always a "step" ahead of us.
07-12-2006, 09:20 PM
It could be costly if Stan's steps groen! I'm getting to the age where I groen on the stairs.

Tom, quit groening and step up with something new or somebody could mistake you for a forum rif-RAF butterfly instead of the pitbull dominator we all know and love. If I mayfield this, keep working on it and you could be monarch of the boards or just roll it in awad, go flying and be happy just to be another birdy.
OK, I'm done. If I offended anyone, too bad.
