Blast from the past,some Gyros and helicopters from n.c.

First one is the Forums own Madd DoGG Mike Driggers helicopter he designed and built,wish I had some of his gyro pics to scan and Post. Mike use to Work at the bensen factory and has built and flown several rotorcraft over the years. Mike was building this helicopter back around 1982 when I was building my Dusty2 prototype..needless to say he did know what he was doing.

I can't remember this guys name that had this one,but he lived near hanging Rock n.c. and had contacted me when I was trying to get my rotorcraft club going. the North carolina Rotor craft Association. for those that know my E-mail addy, now ya now what the NCRA in it came from.
Anyway this is a very clean bensen.

set of pics is a v.w. powered gyro I bought for $800.00 and fixed up, still have a bad back from this one. that was the end of my self training attempts.
note the wooden rudder before the crash and the metal rudder after the crash...oops.
