Just like Motorcycles, I feel it is a persons choice to wear a helmet or not.

I Do wear a helmet, but I'm not gonna knock someone that doesn't.

I am sure there are safty rules for Bensen days that require helmet usage for ehtical, as well as insurance reasons, but lets not make this a "nit-picking forum" shall we?

Just my opinion of course.
