Paul Plack sent me an e-mail asking about receiving e-mails every time someone responded to a thread he had posted on. He wanted to know how to turn this off.
1. Go to your control panel.
2. Select "User Options"
3. The second block down is "Messaging and Notifications"
4. The default is to automatically subscribe you to threads you have posted on. You can change this option to "Do Not Subscribe".
5. Then click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
