After Tina and I got back from Colorado I had to finish up some stuff ,I put one of rick's ignition's on. That is a very nice unit, clean and tight. I really like it, thanks Rick. It also needed a second fuel pump, so had to drill and tap another hole in the case for the pulse pump.

Tina and I went down the street to a industrial area to run the motor. It started right up and seemed to run very strong, and very very loud.

Hope to have some pics soon, If it doesn't rain this weekend we plan to go to el marige for some fun

I mounted my exhaust while I was down at Bensen Days and also did a hang test. I'll try to take some photos and post them.

While talking to Doug Riley at Bensen Days, he mentioned that Chuck Beaty wrote an article some years back about how to make your own Mac muffler out of readily available materials; I think using a freon can.

Here's one of the threads with talk of the freon can muffler as well as pictures of Pwongkit's muffler he made.

No I haven't. I was going to try cranking it Sunday afternoon but we had too much stuff going on. I'm going to try cranking it this weekend. I've got my larger jet installed and it's ready to fire up.

Ya it's almost to good to be true. When I first got into gyro's Marrie Brock told me now that I have a gyro I would never get a girlfriend. I was not sure that she was right, but had the gyro bug so bad that I was going to continue with or without a girlfriend for a while anyway. I have to call her and tell her that not only did I get a beatiful girlfriend but she has a gyro too!!!! Ya I guess you could say that I got real lucky and this fourm brought us together
