It is a devise that allows some fore and aft compliance to break the 2 rev energy cycle that make your gyro shake. It is located in the rotor head at the same place the (U) block is on a Bensen head. I would be happy to talk to you about it if you call 813 634 3370 after Bensen Days.

However Dad's head is done differently. The springs are little leaf springs. I think about a month ago someone posted a picture of the head.
