'C' is correct. Reg. #91.307(c)(2). hang onto your straps!! Spins & maneuvers are exempt for testing purposes. As for over the water - as far as I'm concerned; you're on your own, good night!!

bir"D"y, I wish!!! but "C" is the correct answer. It says "aircraft", yep, that's us, and 91.307 says "aircraft" also. It is referring to carrying a passenger. Seems a little funny since some gyro's are almost 30 degrees nose down in an autorotation.

In Oz Birdy, any time we exceed 60 degrees of bank or change the pitch attitude by 60 degrees or more from the horizon we are operating illegally I'm afraid.

I quote the ASRA secretary in Oz. Read the &*^%$ Operations Manual you guys.
I am surprised at how many people in Oz do not know the rules that we are supposed to abide by.:o

You seem to forget Paul, one fundamental difference between you and us, we make the rules.:D
The only time we gota refer to the opps is if we go over n 500' , over our boundry or carry a passenger .
And i'v never set meself a limit on bank or dive angles....................yet.

Ok then i agree with the regs then, (in case ASRA guys are reading).....
But between me and you, i lost count of the times i had to look half way along my rotors to see the ground, hard to see through them when they are loaded up....:D
