chuck. I am in Columbus, Indaina. It's about 35 miles
south of Indianapolis. the club is actually in Greencastle
Indiana, west of Indy an hour or less. There are several
people within a short distance from Columbus that fly
gyros. Just waiting for the weather to change and the rest of my maintenance to be finished to get up in the air. tnx. jon

Jon,

Did you get rid of your McClutchens? I think Greg or someone was looking for some.

Hey I might have a picture of your blades...

Yes, here is one... Note blade installation is under fine supervision!

Here are the other blades but more importantly there is a fine classic Air Command in the picture too! ;D ;D

POP Quiz: Who can name the gyro that is flying in the background!

( pra 34 members are omitted from the quiz.. ) ;)

The Gyro flying in the background of your pic appears to be our President Gary Goldsberry flying his new Air Command.

Ok, So what Machine will Gary show up at BD Days with? Or will it be both. PRA Convention in GreeenCastle in 1995 was Great. Enjoyed that Fly-In. MJ :)

Mj, Gary will show up with a BIG MACHINE with air brakes & should have rotorblades attached to the rear end of it!

After I added weight to the gyro with the aux tanks and some electronics my rotor rpm was getting up around 390 to 400. Thought that was too high. So I went to the 25' sport rotors. Now my rotor rpm is back down to 335 to 340.
thanks, jon

Not yet Ben. However, that's the last thing I'll need. I have made a lot of headway with making new parts, but my biggest hold up will be waiting on parts I can't build.
