Inserting Pictures 101

When you all made a changeover or whatever it was a couple months back...we lost the graphics/inserts that you had in your tutorial. I know I could not have posted pics without following your lead.

Is it possible to put the inserts back? I'm sure some of the new members will benefit and learn from it:

I found the photos. I had hot-linked them from Chapter 20's website, and when I swapped servers, I forgot to upload them with the rest.
