I need some help. I have arranged for a DAR to look at my bird this week. In the aircraft needs to be certificate of registration (I have), Airworthyness Certificate (The reason he is comming), and a weight and balance sheet(I need).
I have all of the information for the weight and balance sheet to include fore and aft CG limits. Could someone who has a single place Bensen or KB-2, Aircommand fax me a copy of their Weights and Balance sheet so I can duplicate with my information?
Thanks in advance....Fax Number (770)297-0966.

John,
I know you asked to see one from a KB2, Bensen, or Air Command, but I've attached a .pdf file to this post with what I use for my GyroBee. It passed muster with the FAA Safety Inspector from my local FAA MIDO (Manufacturers Insp. Dist. Office).
It might give you some ideas.

Thanks John,
That was perfect!!! I got it now. Sorry about leaving the Gyrobee out. It wasn't intensional. I was just looking for an example of wieght & balance sheet for a single place open frame pusher gyro.
You guys are the best!

I am in a similar situation. My Airworthiness certificate, operating limitations & weight & balance was eaten by insects. It is a Benden which already had an airworthiness cert. issued, but in order to get a repalcement from the FAA I need my operation limitations & weight & balance. I was looking for someones' I could look at for th wording I could use to reproduce & submit. Hope you can help.
Thanks ???

Craig,
I'm not sure I understand what the problem is. You simply need a replacement copy of your airworthiness certificate and the associated operating limitations... right?
In that case, the FAA has the responsibility to find and provide you a copy in their files under the aircraft N-number. There should be no need for you to provide a copy or an example.
Now in case they no longer have a copy (which is very likely if the airworthiness certificate was issued long ago), then they would have no choice but to issue you a new airworthiness certificate and new operating limitations. Even in that case, you shouldn't have to provide them with operating limitations. You would simply apply for a new airworthiness certificate.
Now if they're looking for some sort of proof your aircraft had an airworthiness by you providing a copy of your operating limitations, then I doubt an unsigned copy of someone else's is going to fly. I'll bet you'll have to start from scratch and get a new airworthiness inspection.
Good luck,
John L.
