I'll go with B; displaced threshold.

You must land beyond the arrows (displaced threshold). B is correct. The 'arrowed' area may be used for taxing & take off but not for landing.

"B" is correct. "A" is incorrect because this area may be used for taxiing, and takeoff as Mark pointed out above, also the landing rollout. Answer "C" is incorrect because the designated touchdown zone is identified by a series of six lines parallel to the runway direction. AIM 2-3-3
