Can we calculate HIGE and HOGE Before the flight test?:confused:

I'm not sure what you you're asking. If you want to calculate power required to Hover IGE and OGE, then the best way is to look through your flight manual for a chart.

Since you say before flight test, you may be asking for a formula that would give you the answer. There isn't one, but there are approximations. Buy a good book to see the theory involved. Although you should be able to get reasonably close, it would be impossible to know the accuracy of your result until you had flight test data to compare it to.
