How to post pictures

Please forgive me but would someone be able to outline how to post pictures along with text posts. If the info is already herein well I apologise but I am ONE OF THOSE!!
Yes, I can turn my computer on and I can turn it off too.
But little else.

Hi, Gordon.

All you have to do is to fill the "Attach:" field, below the "Message:" field you use to write your text. The "Attach:" field accepts the full file path. So you doesn't know what is a "file path"? Never mind, just click on the "Browse" button, on rigth, find your file and choose it. After that it's just a matter of sending your message, as you always do.
