Ron: Ok...heres Jeff. This is my special guy that I almost lost in 2002. He looks healthy now ...but he almost died. Had his whole colon removed and he is back to his ol self. He weighs 270 and I had him in my gyro for the hang test. I was still within limits buy a comortable amount.

I love those kids of mine.

I was thinking about taking our car seat, once Brock out grows it, and use it as a seat on a toy gyroplance I had in mind.

I'm thinking of taking the base of a rocking horse and mount 2x2 gyro frame to it. Then car seat. Small prop and rotor that wil turn as the toy rocks.

Tim, why don't you? (move South, that is) Anyone with a gyro is welcome down here. We could help you learn the language and show you what's good to eat.

Ron, good to see you're feeling better, I thought for a minute that I might have to start posting evey once in a while to pick up your slack.

Chuck, you realize you're a neighbor of mine don't you? Don't forget to tell Tim about the pretty women we have down here. ;)

Wow, you are close Miles. How far is it from there to Laurel, about 100 miles or less?

Do you fly one of these weird machines? I plan to fly Saturday, why don't you come up for a visit and some really good catfish?

I'll be going down 59 Sunday, headed to Nawlens for a couple of days, then will be heading back Tuesday. Do you get to N. O. often?

Chuck it takes me 45 min. to get to the Hardy St. exit in Hattiesburg. I've never been to Laurel, how much further is that?

Mad Man Maxie Wildes took me up for a while at R.O.C. last year. Got there on the last day while on vacation.

There were a bunch of guys still there, I met Ron A. and Jamie B. and Chris S. and his wife. I even got to shake hands with a master mechanic. :)

I bought some great videos from Dan Leslie(sp?) and got to see the Fuji Blimp touch down and hand off some film to a ground crew that looked pretty well organized.

Can't make it this Sat., we're headed down to Biloxi to see Aerosmith and Cheap Trick at the Miss. Coast Coliseum. I know i know, I'm too old to be doing things like that, but the better half wants to go. ::)

Miles,

The Laurel airport, where I'm based, is only another 20 to 25 minutes North of Hardy Street in H'burg.

Let me know when, and we'll get together. I live 11 miles North of the airport in the Sharon Community about seven miles North of Laurel.

It's good to have you with us. Are you planning to fly a gyro soon?

Chuck,

I would love to move south.

My girlfriend does not want to take her kids out of school and move them.

So I guess I am looking at a 5 year wait...

Chuck, :) after I described my B8M to Maxie, he said it needed some modifications before he would fly it.

The prerotator I've got coming from Heron but as far as the tail change he suggested, I guess I'll have to want for Brent B to get caught up with his project before he'll have time to build one.

And no I don't go to N.O. if I can help it. :)

Ron I will as soon as we get our digital camera figured out. Pattie took it to her office so somebody there could show her how it works.

We can take good pictures and can look at them on the camera but when we try to download them to the computer they go somewhere never to be seen again. :)

I was wearing the red Air Command shirt when I helped you load up.

Like I said I am bad remembering people. All I remember about that day was I was tired and ready to go home and a Blimp landed there! I do remember someone helping me load up, so a pic of you will jog my memory!
