Steve J. crash near El Mirage?

A little bird told me that Steve J. (name left out on purpose) crashed not too long ago at or near El Mirage with his kid on board. Anyone know if he is ok? Steve never bothered with all that "FAA paperwork", ie no license ,so I am sure he wants to keep it ....quiet. JUst hoping everyone is all right, and someone email me and let me know.
