As I was preparing to pack my pre-rotator for shipment, I found a crack on one of the gears.
It is the first one from the right and will have to be replaced!

Can anyone shed some light on how hard to find and a possible cost involved with the swap?
The new owner is as frustrated as I am . . .

Just give Dick Wunderlich a call. He has always been very responsive when I've called. It would probably be easiest to send the head to him. Then when repaired have him ship it to the new owner.
