What options are there for instrument pods?
For instruments i will have 2 3.5 Stratomaster maxi singles one for engine functions and one for airspeed/ALT. Hopeing for something that can be mouted beside the seat just in front of the throttle quadrant. any ideas?

Hi Spiff,
one option would be the pod sold by Sky Sports http://www.airstuff.com
It should take two full-sized instruments no problem.
cheers,
John

Spaceman Spiff,
since you don't use your real name, you probably wouldn't be interested in a $5 instrument pod approved by the Postmaster General.
One has full access to the back of SEVERAL instruments by removing one cotter key.

I'm Joe Jensen, pleased to meet you David.
Rick Martin has something like a 1/3 scale rounder version of a mailbox on his Gyrobee, nicely mounted just in front of the throttle (if memory serves) will post his picture if i figure out how. e-mailed him this morning, He says it was custom made by lockwood Aviation. A regular mailbox would work, but seems large for only 2 guages, but very hard to beat the price.
